The Role:We are looking for a number of housekeepers to join our successful facilities team. Collegiate is a thriving co-educational day school for pupils aged 3 to 18, located in Stapleton, Bristol. The School occupies a glorious thirty-acre campus and has all of its facilities on-site. The hourly rate is £11.50 per hour. Gi Group is recruiting for General Gut Room Operatives based in the Bristol area.

Hourly Rate - £13.21 per hour
Hours of work - 6.30am-5.30pm. 4 out of 7 days (Mon-Fri)
Hours per week - 41.5
Days of work - Monday - Friday
Location - Westerleigh, Bristol
Length of Contract - Temporary to Permanent
Overtime available at £18.49 per hour

Own transport is required due to the remote location of the site.

Duties as a Production Operative:
- Harvesting, processing and distribution of natural casings, meat products and pharmaceutical products
- Cleaning and stripping down offal into different animal by-product categories
- Labelling products for correct placement
- Maintain clean working practices to prevent slips and trips and avoid cross-contamination
- You will work as part of a team

The ideal Production Operative will:
The ideal candidate requires a strong stomach as you will be dealing with large quantities of manure as well as preparing animal stomachs, spleens and intestines.

Being confident in using a knife is a key priority in this role.

Previous experience is desirable (but not essential as full training will be provided).

Mobile Maintenance Engineers (Mechanical Bias/Electrical Bias)

Location: Mobile role covering South west England

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday and overtime is available

Our client is a provider of M&E building services engineering and facilities management, providing a high specification client base with tailored and bespoke technical solutions incorporating both maintenance & projects.

A Mobile Building Services Engineer is required to carry out PPM, servicing, fault finding and breakdown repairs to building services systems to include:

• HVAC - AHU/FCU & Filters
• Plumbing
• Basic electrical i.e. emergency light testing, ballast & lamping.
• Building Fabric i.e. basic joinery

Client environments to include (not limited to) commercial/corporate office accommodation & public buildings located throughout the South West region.

Please Note

The successful candidate will be qualified with a technical, recognised trade qualification(s) but this doesn't need to be Commercial Gas or F-Gas.

This position is very much that of carrying out PPM to the "services of a building(s)" as outlined above and so if you are a 'Multi-Skilled' Building Services/Facilities Engineer" that is experienced in the above duties/responsibilities, maintaining the services of a building(s) then we would like to hear from you.

Essential Candidate Requirements & Additional Information

• Possess relevant trade/technical qualification in line with the position
• Possess an all-round knowledge of building services as outlined above i.e. HVAC, Electrical & Building Fabric - "Services of a Building(s)"
• Driving License (Maximum 6 Penalty Points)

Salary/Package: £40k/ Van (Transit connect or VW transporter)/ Standby one in four at £105 per week/ Overtime at time a half after 40 hours and double for Saturday and Sunday/Bank holidays/25 days holiday/ Death in service 3x salary/Pension 3% company and 5% personal/Health shield

The role is to carry out Mechanical maintenance work and other aspects of maintenance where required (if candidates are Multi Skilled with an Electrical Bias then this would be great)
