Responsibilities
· Ensure adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements
· Design and implement quality management policies and procedures
· Evaluate system of quality management control through firm-level and engagement-level reviews and document defects and / or recommendations for improvement
· Participate in technical projects and consultations
· Direct use and provide training on the firm-tailored auditing tool
· Train personnel about professional standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
· Degree in Accountancy or related discipline with professional qualification
· 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in public accounting firm or equivalent
· Excellent understanding of accounting, auditing and regulatory requirements
· Strong interest and passion in professional standards and quality management
· Good project and people management and communication skills
