Role is Chief of Finance and Accounts (CFA)/ Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for legal entity MIVIN
Position reports to Managing Director of MIVIN.
The candidate needs to possess exceptional leadership skills, drive his/her team, collaborate locally in region India with cross functional sales and plant teams, and, as well, collaborate globally with business units and other Bosch units across the world.
Along with Managing Director of MIVIN, the candidate is a co-creator and co-driver of short-term (quarterly, annual), mid-term (typically up to three years) and long-term business goals of MIVIN.
Experience:
- Exposure to manufacturing companies working background.
- Multi-national companies (MNC) background will be preferred.

- Automation mindset in all areas of commercial processes and drive for efficiencies.
- Working knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxation & Commercial Laws.
- Continuous learner and be a pro-active coach and mentor. Be open for reverse mentoring too.

- Drive for more cost competitiveness from plant for Local and Global markets.
- Promote local sourcing out of India for local as well as global business following QCD model (i.e. Best in class Quality at competitive Costs as per customer required Delivery dates)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): (Some may be collaborative in nature)
- Turnover
- Fixed costs
- Plant Maintenance costs
- Machine hour rates and Labour hour rates
- Personnel costs
- Accounts Receivables ie. DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and Overdue Receivables % (of total receivables)
- Days Inventory outstanding (DIO)
- EBIT target of plant
- Net working capital (NWC) % of Sales ie. NWC is a combination of DSO, DIO and DPO (days payable outstanding)
KPIs at Plant level:
- Localisation of parts/products
- Customer requested on-time delivery targets
- Supplier delivery as per requested dates of plant
- Material cost reductions
- Business turnaround strategies for loss making products.
- Project-wise P&L control (plan vs actuals).
- Material overhead (MOH) targets
Focus topics at legal entity / MIVIN level:
- Governance: Legal and Tax compliance
- Debt management strategy
- Supervise Company Secretarial compliance topics of Board of Directors
- Focus on Digital excellence (local and global alignment)
- Identification of risks and defining measures to manage them via the Internal controls / internal audit teams.
- Compliance with all mandatory directives/guidelines of Bosch / Rexroth group
IT/Access management:
- Handling all end to end IT related activities
- Handling access management related topics
- Act as the Data Security Officer for the Company
- Handle personal data protection activities
