- Improve and sustain the slider cleaning process to meet the new product requirements
- Design evaluation plans to characterize the cleaning process
- Summarize the evaluation results and identify process issues and/or opportunities
- Create and set up the monitoring system for the equipment control.
- Create and set up the monitoring system for process KOVs
