The Role:

Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, the Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring a high quality of service within the home in order to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for residents, team and guests.



You will:

Ensure that cleaning duties are carried out in accordance to the cleaning schedule.
Support the Head Housekeeper in reporting any defects or damage to furnishings within the home.
Ensure that infection control policies and universal precautions are followed at all times and complete cleaning documentation in line with company policy.
Ensure all health and safety requirements are being met and attend training as required.
You will be:

Our Cleaning Assistants provide an excellent service to customers through being part of the store team and delivering high standards of cleanliness across the store.

The role of Cleaning Assistant involves the below:

• Maintaining front and back of house cleaning
• Excellent attention to detail
• Duties will include vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, floor polishing and cleaning of the kitchenette and bathroom areas
• Using heavy floor polishing buffer machine
• Being responsible for your own and colleagues health and safety
• Take reasonable care of the health and safety of yourself and of others who may be affected by what you do or do not do at work; Cooperate with the employer on health and safety matters
• Not misuse any equipment that is provided for safety purposes (e.g. fire extinguishers or safety goggles); Follow instructions from the employer on health and safety matters and attend relevant health and safety training
• Report hazards and defects observed in the workplace; and Report any accident, injury or near miss in the workplace

What you’ll need to succeed

• Confident and clear communication skills
• Passionate about retail and customer service
• Desire to learn and improve your knowledge/skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided) (Optional)
• Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change
