Responsibilities:
- Support general classroom duties such as register, reading, writing with small groups, and helping the teacher as needed.
- Assist with break and lunch supervision, journals, and activity/resource preparation.

- Help prepare lessons and tidy the classroom afterward.
- Provide extra support to children with special needs and assist across the curriculum.
- Mark work, track student progress, and help care for children during school trips or activities.

Essential requirements:
- Previous experience working with young people in a school setting.
- Strong class management skills and comfort in handling challenging behaviour.
- TA qualification (Level 2 or 3).
- The ability to engage, motivate, and guide children individually or in small groups.
- A positive attitude and effective communication skills.
