Hours: 42 per week: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 4:30pm

What will you be doing?
- Performing data entry, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial, fleet, permits and legal information
- Provide clerical support to the logistics teams, including records keeping and minute taking
- Monitor and report on daily inbound, outbound and stock balances
- Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
- Raise purchase orders and match to suppliers and services
- Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
- Organising meetings, scheduling appointments and overseeing catering during company events
- Any other duties as may be required
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience gained in a similar position
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
