- Analyzes maintenance history for facilities and equipment.
- Establishes maintenance schedules for facilities and equipment.
- Develops and/or updates equipment profiles.
- Records maintenance and repair history.
- Prepares or assists in preparing an annual and/or periodic program reports.
- Attends project maintenance meetings and relay pertinent information.
- Serves as the primary Facilities and Equipment Maintenance System (FEM) operator.
- Provides access and permissions for employees in the FEM system.
- Utilizes the Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to issue and schedule routine and cyclic maintenance, repair and replacement of all equipment and machinery.
