Join Our Team as an Audit Manager
We're seeking an experienced and talented Audit Manager to lead our audit engagements and contribute to our assurance team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage audit engagements of various sizes and complexity
- Develop and execute audit plans, programs, and verification
- Supervise and coach audit team (Audit Seniors, Audit Assistants, and Junior staff)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and expectations through regular communication
- Collaborate with Audit Partners and team members for timely, high-quality audit documentation
Specific Tasks:
- Plan, execute, and conclude audit assignments including prepare audit budget
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements
- Identify and address audit risks and control weaknesses
- Communicate identified risks and issues to clients, providing clear recommendations for resolution
- Work closely with clients to address and resolve issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes
- Review audit work papers and reports
- Prepare audit recommendations
- Guide and coach junior staff including in house training
Requirements:
- Professional certification (Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification)
- 5+ years of relevant audit experience (preferable)
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation expertise
- Excellent leadership, communication, writing and analytical skills
- Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time effectively, manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proactive, committed, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude, problem-solving and leadership abilities
