As a Housekeeper, you will be planning and supervising all domestic, laundry and housekeeping duties required in looking after our residents and staff on a daily basis. It will be your role to ensure that our home is cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, and that our domestic, laundry, and housekeeping complies with the latest Health & Safety and COSHH standards.
Reports to: Home Manager/Regional Hospitality and Lifestyle Manager
This role could be for you if you have;
- Previous domestic experience within a commercial or business setting.
- Good organisational skills.
- A positive approach to working with colleagues and a professional and diplomatic approach when dealing with residents and their families.
- Excellent timekeeping, to be able to deal with a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to lead and manage a team.
- Understanding and clear commitment to health and safety practices.
