Payrate and working hours as a General Admin:
- Pay rate £12.17 per hour (37.5 hours)
- Your working hours will be Initially from 8 to 16hrs (but can be flexible within reason) from Monday to Friday 40 hours per week 2.5 hours unpaid meal breaks = 37.5hours
Experience in a similar role is required!
Responsibilities As a General Admin:
- Generation and receipt of purchase orders on Coupa and the management on the corresponding PO Log.
- Payroll (T&A) - Weekly payroll processing. Maintaining employee's attendance records and updating personnel interface.
- Fastworks - Keying relevant information on site accidents, near misses, hazards, and defects.
- Site MIS - Generation of daily productivity reports and compiling and sending of associated emails.
- Weekly Efficiencies - Generation of weekly productivity reports and compiling and sending of associated emails.
- Vennue - Keying of daily agency time sheets
- LTS Report - Compiling monthly LTS report and submitting to regional.
- Holiday Report - Compiling monthly Holiday report and submitting to finance.
- Admin Misc - Filing / archiving, photocopying, organise shift packs, making and receiving telephone calls, weekly first aid kit audits, minute taking at meetings, maintain personnel files/records, maintain attendance records and corresponding AMP paperwork, organise site AXA medicals, provide cover for other sites if required.
- Compliance - Ensure current legislation and company policies and procedures at up to date.
- Document control - The implementation and management of all documentation cascaded from QHSE department.
- Risk Management - Assist the assessment team in the compilation and administration of all documentation
- Control of Contractors - Assist the team in the compilation and administration of all documentation
- Assist the team in audit preparation.
- Maintain: QHSE KPI tool, Training matrix, Action tracker, Fastworks KPI reports.
