Description :
You must be self-employed (CIS), have your own tools and vechicle. Self-employed people are responsible for paying their own National Insurance & Tax. Full clean driving license needed
Due to rapid growth of the business we are looking for professional COMMERCIAL/DOMESTIC gas safe qualified engineers who is willing to join and grow with us. Your duties for example; traveling to job locations in all of London and surrounding areas to carry out the repair, service and installation, doing site inspection, answering technical queries, dealing with the customers directly and keeping them informed of the job progress, doing written quote, etc. You will be required to do 1-2 night standby (on rota)during the week, and each month you will be required to do 2-3 weekends standby (on rota) as we are 24 hr service
The vacancy comes with great future career opportunities, experience desirable in commercial/domestic gas, plumbing, catering, laundry, LPG. It will be advantage if you have additional experience in some other high skilled trades for example; underfloor heating, electrical, air-con and ventilation, oil heating, solar panel, carpentry, etc (The wage we offer is dependent on your skills and experience)The successful candidate will be given necessary trainings (if needed) to help improve the skills and gain experience. Greater job performance will reflect in greater income income ( in the future you may be promoted as the Technical Director’s right hand man if you are found suitable)
Some of the following qualifications with experience are required see lists : Commercial Gas Qualifications: COCN1, ICPN1, ICAE1, CORT1, CIGA1, CDGA, TPCP1,TPCP1A (Pipe testing and purging) / Domestic : CCN1, GAS SAFE : UHW10 , MET2 , PART L , CEN1 ,CKR1 , HTR1 , WAT1, GNVQ level 3, DHW / Commercial catering : LPG, CONGLP1B , CONGLP1PD , CONGLP1RPH , CODNCO1 , ICPN1 , CODC1 , COCATA1 , COMCAT 1 , COMCAT3 , COMCAT4, COMCAT5, TPCP1A, CIGA1 , ICAE1, CORT1, CIGA1, CDGA plus TPCP1 and TPCP1A
Some other qualifications -experience in these fields would also be advantage : OFTEC Oil, HVAC,NICEIC part P
