Acorn by Synergie is currently on the search for a full time temporary Cleaner to be based in Chester train station.
This is an ongoing temporary position.
Pay Rate: £14.24 per hour
Sundays will be paid as overtime, but currently no plans in place for Sunday work.
Hours: 8PM - 3AM - 35 hours Monday - Friday with potential Saturday's
We are seeking a Cleaner who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of various public spaces, including train stations and other high-traffic areas.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that all areas are kept clean, including floors, surfaces, and restrooms
- Collecting and disposing of bio waste according to safety protocols
- Refilling and restocking supplies as needed
- Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department
- Completing all cleaning tasks within the designated timeframe
In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact with members of the public and work closely with other team members. Therefore, excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
As a Cleaner, you will be expected to adhere to all health and safety guidelines, as well as our company's policies and procedures. This includes wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and handling bio waste carefully.
References will be required.
