1. Day to day area maintenance of office premise and building.
2. Assist in distribution of texbooks and materials in classrooms.
3. Related general works as designated by supervisor.
Job Requirements
1. Able to converse in simple english and chinese to english/chinese speaking clients.
2. Physically fit (able to move across different floors and carry textbooks).
3. 5 or 6 days workweek (off 1 or 2 weekend day).
4. Salary will commensurate with working week & schedule
5. Overtime payable.
