Position Brief
Overseeing the entire day-to-day operations of the exclusive clubhouse, housekeeping, security etc. to manage efficiently the operations.
Responsible for delivering sales revenue targets and maintaining operation costs within pre-approved budget.
Regular on-going monitoring of staff to ensure the adherence to pre-established policies and procedures.
Manpower planning and review productivity of the various departments and work closely with them to increase overall efficiency.
Engage in effective communication with the stakeholders, management, colleagues, and guests, and cultivate good working relationships with them.
Come up with innovative ways to mitigate problems and improve guests' experiences.
Attainment and maintenance of service levels that exceed expectations.
Ensure adherence to SOPs and the relevant legislations.
Develop and implement online marketing strategies to boost targeted sales.
Maintain and submit monthly report(s) to CEO & COO.
Requirements:
Proven track record of leadership and managerial skills while providing exceptional customer service is required
At least 8 – 10 years of experience in hotel/F&B sector
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge in different business functions
Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin for business communication needs
Strong leadership and communication skills
Degree in Business/master’s in Business Management
