Joining our team at their corporate offices in Soho, you will act as first line control for access and permit requests within the London cluster.

You will Interacting with customers and vendors ensuring a prompt, professional and efficient service in terms of initial response and regular updates and notifications (telephone & emails), accurate recording of requests for service and escalating problems before they become issues.

Proficiency in Excel is essential as you will provide essential support and data to enable accurate monthly reporting, manage and revise PPM schedules and ensure compliance with mandatory & statutory regulations whilst liaising with the Communications Manager to refresh and advertise to ensure best use of local helpdesk function.

The successful candidate will ideally have Prior knowledge and skills in utilizing CAFM applications, e.g. Maximo/QFM - especially work planning and scheduling functionalities.

About the role: Property and Environment Officer
Activate Learning are now recruiting for a Property and Environment Officer to join our team based at our Merrist Wood College Campus.
In this role, you will ensure that the College premises and facilities provide a safe, clean and secure environment that supports teaching and learning.
No two days will be the same, from unlocking the site, to conducting office moves, to general maintenance such as repair jobs, or painting and decorating.
This is a permanent, full-time role, working 37 hours per week 7:30-16:00, with a 15:00 finish on Fridays. this role will be based at our Merrist Wood campus, with occasional travel our Farnham and Guildford Campuses.
There is a requirement to be on call every fourth week, which will involve holding the on-duty phone and attending to any out of hours emergencies whilst you are on call. • Experience repairing plant and equipment, as well as the ability to fault find, read drawings, diagnose, and repair equipment using your technical knowledge.

• Great communication skills, strong teamwork, and a positive attitude

We are looking for a talented CAD Design Technician. If you're a driven & highly motivated person wishing to craft out a successful and rewarding future in what is a truly unique environment, this could be the role for you. You will be working on a variety of interesting projects, spanning several sectors such as; Automotive, Defence and FMCG.

THE ROLE:

• Producing high quality designs - 2D & 3D.
• Participating in design meetings, providing valuable input and recommendations.
• Producing designs for installation purposes.
• Look at existing process's and identify improvements.
• Coordinating design requirements with customers and suppliers.

THE PERSON:

• Experience using AutoCAD.
• Ability to design for manufacture and assembly.
• The ability to read and produce 2D and 3D production drawings.
• Problem solving and trouble shooting ability.
• Ideally possess an Engineering Degree, Minimum HNC.
• Minimum of 2 years experience using AutoCAD.
