Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Security and ELV Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Lift Card Access, Barrier Gate, PA, FTTH, Fireman Intercom, SMATV and Networking)
• Test and resolve equipment issues.
• Check and rectify cabling issues.
• Coordinate with project team and workers
• Send in equipment for repairs as needed.
• Do preventive maintenance on Security & ELV Systems.

• Requirements: Proven work experience as Security & ELV System Technician
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Possess at least a Diploma in Engineering, Electronics or equivalent field.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Knowledgeable in maintaining Audio, Video, Network equipments.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES 

Planning, developing, preparing, reviewing, coordinating and monitoring maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with operation & maintenance manual standards by proper deployment and supervision of the maintenance works.

Ensure compliance with regulations, related to the Environmental Quality Act, Safety and Health Act, and management system standards, while ensuring that the QESH achieves its intended results by incorporating a process approach, risk-based thinking, and implementing improvements to enhance performance.

KEY TASK

1. Responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance and improvement of all mechanical and electrical installations, transformers, Compact Subs and Consumer Sub-stations.
2. Troubleshoot problems in a timely and effective manner.
3. To monitor any contractor or 3^rd party working along the ALR’s expressway. To check their permit, insurance and type of work. Shall report to superior if any non-compliance detected.
4. Work closely and provide support to other interdepartmental.
5. Provides relevant information and reports to immediate superior regularly: daily and weekly reports.
6. Monitor and record performances of tunnel critical assets (pumps, gates etc)
7. 24 hours on standby to attend breakdown or flood operations
8. Assist immediate superior in any other tasks or assignments as required.
9. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
10. Undertake other duties as directed by the Head of Group Mechanical Electrical and Instrumentation.

Position Requirements

Qualification

Minimum of Certificate of Competency Category for A0 / A4 issued by the Energy Commission or a recognized qualification equivalent to it.

Experience

At least 2 years’ working experience in the Maintenance Field or 1 year in a similar field.

Roles & Responsibilities

• This role is on a call out basis and perform below scopes in line with API RP 2D 7 Company’s requirement.
• Carry out quarterly, half yearly and annual or any other Company set Inspections and Maintenance on all cranes at offshore platforms.
• Participation and compliance with the Permit to Work system.
• Carry out hydraulic hoses and wire ropes change-out program.
• Carryout corrective maintenance.
• Perform inspection on all lifting/rigging equipment on platform at set frequency and provide a detailed reports.
• Perform scheduled sampling oil & grease, analysis for crane equipment.

• Engineering Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 to 8 years of working experience related to total maintenance of offshore pedestal crane and other lifting equipment maintenance.
• Experienced in offshore crane and lifting equipment & rigging operation, maintenance & inspection.
