Job Summary: The Enhanced Care in Care Homes Pharmacy Technician will support the Darlington PCN Pharmacy Hub by working with the pharmacy team and GP practices to deliver a programme of medicines optimisation and reconciliation from hospital discharge and other secondary care communications. The role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Technical Support team at ZyroFisher in the role of Warranty Technician. Based in Darlington and reporting to the Technical Support Supervisor, the position is responsible for after sales warranty and technical support for all brands in the ZyroFisher portfolio excluding SRAM. The role is computer and customer service based.

There are two main parts to the role which work on a department rotation:

• Using our Customer Service Software (Zendesk) you will provide market leading level technical customer service to retailers, end consumers and internally. Accurately recording returns data using Microsoft Excel and manufacturers claim portals.

• The Technical Support team is home of the MAHLE UK Service Centre which involves liaising with customers, identifying faults and solutions for the system in a timely manner.

The requirements:
You will need to be extremely organised, be deadline focussed and have a keen eye for detail.

Essential:
 Previous experience within a customer service role.
 Experience with Microsoft packages including excel and outlook.
 Fully competent working with computers and other technology.
 Knowledge/a keen interest in the cycling industry.
 Have a ‘can do’ attitude.
 Have a strong willingness to learn.
 Experience of working to deadlines.
 Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate data.

Desirable:
 Experience using Zendesk or equivalent.
 Experience of working in the cycle industry.
