Responsibilities
1. As the region's projects top manager, is responsible for the management and optimization all parts of project include technical, sales and market, supply chain, quality, fulfillment and so on.
2. Oversee and optimize projects related to petroleum extraction and refining equipment or parts. Responsible for technical assessments and scheme reviews associated with the projects. Manage the market sales, supply chain, and quality control of the company's proprietary products related to petroleum extraction and refining equipment or accessories. Supervise the execution of projects related to the company's petroleum extraction and refining equipment, including all aspects of the production and delivery processes of customized mechanical equipment by suppliers for the company.
3. Management of project activities with required travel within the regions, coordinate and support production plans, sales plans and production raw material procurement plans, monitor inventory and sales, and formulate project plans to ensure project's sustainability.
4. Managing the region's marketing and sales, participating regular business's operation, negotiation and bidding; Fulfillment of regular business's and customers' project independently.
5 Resolve and implement any demand priority decisions when supply cannot meet all demands
6. Manage the internal and external client's needs and expectations;
7. Collaborate with manufacture and procurement team to align and follow the production plan within the planning time fence. Balance the supply and demand over planning horizon to achieve optimum availability and supply chain efficiency.
8. Works with internal related business units to appropriately incorporate trials into the production plan.
9. Establish process standards, including measurement and system integration with process requirements
10. Planning reporting related to key KPIs and analyze on biweekly/monthly trend and work on continuous improvement.
11. Direct leadership and guidance to all project related topics from sales, manufacturing, quality and supply chain within the region.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree or a higher degree in mechanical manufacturing or a related field of materials engineering. 12+ years’ experience of supply chain management at API upstream and downstream industry.
2. Well- Know the API upstream and downstream industry, Equipment manufacture industry, international trade and market developing;Qualification:
3. Able to work in oversea place in Middle East of Asian, EA or NA for 3 months a time, and min. 9 months for a year;
4. Goal oriented, Able to meet strict deadlines;
5. Independently motivated, overall concept and independent decision-making ability
6. Have the spirit of hard struggle, and team work.
7, Good at Chinese includes writing, Japanese speaking is priority.
