Salary: £50,000 - £80,000 OTE, rising to £55,000 - £85,000 OTE after probation.


Hours: 50 hours per week including paid breaks, 7am-5pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 2 Saturdays depending on business needs.

To support our Bodyshop, we are looking for a Bodyshop Manager with at least 2 years experience working in an Accident Repair
setting as a manager, senior or team leader. The successful candidate will have a passion for teamwork and productivity to lead a
high-achieving Bodyshop, a proactive approach, staying one step ahead and a full UK Driving Licence.

The role will include, but is not limited to the following tasks:

* Liaising with all team members to ensure Halo processes are met
* Giving estimated completion dates in line with targets and units
* Ensuring workshop is safe and H&S and PPE is being followed at all times
* Quality checks of vehicles
* Reporting to the Regional Manager each day




What are we looking for?

* At least 2 years of experience working in an Accident Repair setting
* Experience as a manager, senior or team leader
* A full Driving Licence
* A passion for teamwork and productivity to lead a high-achieving Bodyshop
* A proactive approach, staying one step ahead

Job Title: Estates & Facilities Compliance Manager
Salary: CSET 6 £38626
Working hours: 37, Monday to Friday
Working weeks: All Year Round permanent contract
Here at The Castle School Education Trust (CSET) we are on a journey to making each of our schools a great school. This newly created role will be responsible for ensuring that our schools are supported with all aspects of estates and facilities compliance. This is a critical role for the Trust and you will play a key role in the safety and security of our students and staff.
We are a progressive and agile workforce on the cusp of further growth and expansion so this will be a busy and varied role for someone who wants to challenge themselves and add value to their community.
You will need to be able to travel to all of our sites but all of our schools are easily commutable from Bristol, Bath, Gloucester and South Wales.
The Person
It is essential that you can prioritise your workload and identify where the focus needs to be in regards to possible levels of risk. You will be personable and confident with having necessary conversations with your colleagues and stakeholders when it comes to the importance of compliance. A good head for data will be essential which will go with a high level of proficiency in your IT skills, as you will be able to produce and analyse reports.
The Role
Reporting to our Director of Facilities, you will be providing support to the Trust, this will include:
Leading on the development and implementation of a new compliance system
Conduct site inspections
Collate and analyse compliance data so as to provide advice and guidance to stakeholders
Liaise with site teams and external stakeholders
To ensure accurate and robust compliance to support the Trust’s Estates strategy.
To manage the Trust’s compliance system through effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
To develop systems and processes to optimise the effectiveness of the compliance agenda

Grounds/Garden Maintenance Team Leader - Downend Bristol

Grounds Maintenance / Garden Maintenance Team Leader is required by one of UK's largest Horticulture and Grounds Maintenance specialists

Duties will include supervising a small team of operatives who are carrying out duties such as Grass / Lawn Cutting, Edging, Strimming, Hedge cutting, Litter Picking and Weed control and all gardening/grounds maintenance duties, using mowers and powered tools and you will also be carrying out these duties yourself

Candidates will be overlooking 30-40 sites

Candidates will need have lots of experience using the gardening equipment i.e hedge cutters and lawn mowers etc and also experience in a team leader gardening role

Permanent roles are available after a successful probation period of 13-15 weeks

Drivers License is essential

Ideally candidates will have a PA1/PA6 but this is not essential

Pay rate is £14 per hour

7am to 4.30pm- Monday to Friday
