Building & Facilities Co-ordinator
Based in Swansea | on-site role
Full Time | 35 hours per week | Monday to Friday
Temp to Permanent role | temp for up to 3 months weekly paid | ASAP start
Pay rate based on equivalent salary up to £29,000 depending on experience
Search Consultancy are currently working with one of our key clients to recruit a Reception & Facilities Co-ordinator on a Temp to Permanent basis for their office in Swansea. This role will begin ASAP depending on your availability to start as a weekly paid temp payrolled by Search and it's expected the role will become permanent within 3 months.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive Reception & Facilities support to the site, ensuring first class service is delivered at all times.
Duties involved in this role will include:
* Dealing with all visitors to the site - signing in, issuing building passes and ensuring the complex is secure at all times
* Dealing with all car parking requests & bookings as & when they come up
* Dealing with both incoming & outgoing post, couriers & deliveries on a daily basis
* Ensuring that the site is H&S compliant at all times by conducting both proactive & reactive checks
* Managing all facilities issues raised by staff and visitors, ensuring faults are reported, work orders are raised & sorted
* Holding regular meetings with other managers at the site
* Management of the Reception & Facilities email inbox, responding to queries and requests in a timely fashion
* Management of the meeting room booking system for the site
* Carrying out Fire Marshall and First Aider duties as required
* Ordering of all stationery & supplies as required
* Dealing with various other ad hoc Reception, Front of House & Facilities issues as they arise
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* Previous experience in a Reception, Front of House or Facilities role carrying out duties in line with the above - this experience is ESSENTIAL
* Candidates with specific Facilities experience in terms of H&S, Fire & First Aid would be very much preferred for this role.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent organisation & time management skills, with the ability to prioritise & complete a busy workload effectively
* Solid IT Skills including the full MS Office suite
