Responsibilities of Maintenance Executive:
- Maintenance of various systems and equipment in the shopping mall, including air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, firefighting systems, and CCTVs.
- Inspect buildings and equipment regularly to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Implement preventative maintenance procedures to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as welding, grinding, and installation as required.
- Monitor electrical, water consumption, and lighting conditions for efficiency and safety.
- Ensure facilities are well-maintained through periodic servicing and repairs.
Responsibilities of Chargeman:
- To check Standby Genset - battery water level, connection terminal of battery, diesel, functioning on/off and cleanliness
- To prepare list of load loading and monthly prevention checklist of Main Switch Board (MSB) and Sub Switch Board (SSB)
- Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunication, cooling electricity and refurbishment)
- Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
- Inspect building structure for repairs or renovations
- Lead and supervise facilities team
- Ensure contractors are performing work efficiently and with productivity
Requirements:
- Possesses Chargeman Certificate A1 - A4.
- Knowledgeable in general electrical / mechanical engineering works.
