• Lead a group of technicians to maintain all the facilities, building, and services systems (ACMV, Plumbing & Sanitary, BMS, Electrical, ELV, Fire Protection System, Waste Water Treatment System, and ASRS system).
• Carry out in-house preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for all facilities, buildings, and services system
• Attend to day-to-day maintenance operations for all facilities, building services system, maintain proper records of maintenance checklists and documentations.
• Liaising and coordinating with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair in order to keep all the above systems in operational state.
• Perform standby/duty to attend to system fault or after office hours, weekends and public holidays when required
• Minimise all facilities, building and services system downtime during operation.
• Log, update and maintain all facilities, building and services spare parts, tools and instruments.
• Maintain the system compliance documentation and implementation for workplace safety health (WSH)and regulatory requirements
• Provide training to the technician to maintain all the facilities, buildings and services system
• To learn and maintain any other new/additional systems not mentioned above as assigned by HOD.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by HOD.

Job Requirement:

• Have M&E and Industrial building experience (Must have)
• Possess knowledge of Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) will be an advantage
• Good communication skills and teamwork.
• Good understanding of the use handling unit management in SAP EWM /PP will be an advantage.
• ASRS Engineer must have a combination of technical, analytical, and communication skills, as well as experience in warehouse automation systems and project management

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance of production machineries, ACMV systems for building and infrastructure, office facilities, fire protection systems, and related tasks within a GMP and GHP environment.
• Plan schedules, manage daily operations, troubleshoot, repair, and provide reports.
• Coordinate with production and other maintenance teams to ensure safe execution of maintenance and modification projects while preserving facility integrity.
• Conduct mechanical and electrical assessments and implement modifications to plant facilities based on technical requirements and business needs.
• Investigate equipment issues, analyze findings, and recommend preventative measures to minimize recurrence.
• Provide training to production operators to enhance skills and reduce downtime and faults.
• Respond to plant emergencies and address machine faults promptly.
• Conduct daily inspections for machine safety and fire safety.
• Collaborate with departments to address maintenance issues promptly and prioritize planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by superiors.
• Maintain comprehensive records of work, ad-hoc projects, and report writing.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in Autonomous Maintenance in F&B Manufacturing Sector
• Hands-on experience required

• Evaluate ingredients, work in process, and finished beverage bases with physical-chemical, microbiological and sensory evaluation test procedures to ensure conformance to specification and in accordance to Company ‘s Quality system.
• Complete the approval and release procedures for ingredients, packaging materials and finished product and ensure quality data are transacted in SAP.
• Ensure ingredients have all pertinent documentation (Certificates of Analysis, pre-shipment approvals, etc. before their final release.
• Sample ingredients, packaging materials, intermediate and final products both within the premises and at external storage if required.
• Calibrate analytical equipment accordingly.
• Conduct laboratory testing of equipment /processes/methods to ensure accuracy and repeatability of quality data through process capability studies, control charting, methods validation, out of specification/out of trend analysis demonstrating that GLP is practiced consistently. Document and maintain records of laboratory procedures, process and test data.
• Keep record of chemicals, glass wares, reagents inventories and MSDS for all chemicals. Support the purchase of laboratory item.

Job Requirement :

• Diploma in Chemistry or Food related discipline.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in food/beverage or pharmaceutical multinational organization’s quality control department/laboratory operations.
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) experience would be considered as an advantage.
• Good Laboratory Practices (LGP) experience would be considered as an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability of executing food industry analytical testing.
• SAP knowledge would be considered as an advantage.
