We are seeking an experienced and skilled AV Technician & Operator to fill a role at a Sydney CBD client site. Applicants should have extensive qualifications and experience across all departments of the AV industry, with a key focus on high-end corporate work, and be specifically qualified and experienced in the following areas:

Extensive knowledge of and experience in the operation of digital audio systems including the set up and operation of digital mixers and radio mic systems.
Extensive knowledge of and experience in the operation of high end vision systems including the set up and operation of vision switchers and presentation management systems including Barco and Black Magic switchers.
Extensive knowledge of and experience in the operation of PPT and Keynote presentation platforms including the capacity to create and edit presentations 'on the fly'.
Minimum three years experience in a high end corporate environment producing and operating audio and vision systems at corporate events, and liaising with senior corporate executives and their staff, taking briefs, taking direction, problem solving, and executing under pressure.

Four Leas Entities Pty Ltd are currently looking for a Senior Dairy Farm Hand (Mixed Operator, Maintenance and Production) to join our team based in Terang, VIC.

Position requirements

To be considered for this position, you must hold a relevant vocational certificate or substantial experience in a similar dairy farm hand role.

You will also need to demonstrate:
- Initiative and be a self-starter
- Attention to detail & great communication skills
- A great work ethic and be punctual
- Reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a very small team

You will be responsible for meeting farm goals in terms of production, stock, feed, environment, machinery, and people management. Can monitor, analyse, interpret, and report appropriate benchmarks. Ensures farm policies and plans are implemented. Is responsible for meeting the budget and accountable for farm expenses.

Animals:
- Calving cows & heifers down
- Being able to diagnose calving issues and treat pre-calving and post calving diseases (Milk Fever, Ketosis, etc)
- Collecting cows and calves
- Following fresh cow induction procedures for both the Robotic and Rotary dairies
- Be able to assist with drying cows off, vaccinating and health treatments
- Assisting with the calf rearing as needed
- Feeding calves, young stock and dry cows (filling grain feeders, delivering feed via bale feeders etc)
- Preparing and delivering mixer wagon ration to milking herds & young stock as required
- Assisting with young stock management

Dairies:
- Can milk, unassisted in a 50-unit fully automated rotary (120-250 cows)
- Can Identify and treat basic ailments including mastitis, pneumonia, lameness etc
- Can identify and fix issues within the dairy and plant (Clusters, wash, string and cup removers, teat spray etc)
- Is technologically able to learn software and systems (this is imperative with our robotic system)
- Ability to learn the technology and read the information it gives us
- If you can use a smart phone, the rest is easy

Machinery / Field Work:
- Can operate and maintain side by sides, tractors, telehandlers, manure spreaders, and associated implements
- Can fix and maintain fences, water troughs and water supplies
- Can work independently on new fencing, new water lines etc
- Can do other farm maintenance and development as required
- Experienced with harvesting; soil / paddock preparation, planting and harvesting

This is a permanent full time position and a remuneration package of $80,000 including guaranteed overtime and accommodation will be offered to the successful candidate.
