• Manage all audit processes to a high standard, ensuring 100% Health and Safety compliance throughout the development.
• Conducting comprehensive and informative handovers with colleagues and ensure that staff meetings are held regularly and staff are informed about engagement activities and opportunities to training and development.

• Instructing works and managing contractors through to completion via tendering, purchase orders, follow up and direction.
• Maintenance of changes within the crisis plan and out of hours escalation process.

1. Invoice processing as per Finance standards and Sopra Steria AP requirements
2. Reconciliation of actual expenses vs approved budget
3. Annual Budget preparation
4. Monthly forecasting / Provisions
5. Weekly / monthly / fortnightly collation and presentation of data (Engineering and Admin related operations)
6. Inventory reconciliation of stationery and other consumables
7. Collation and preparation of data pertaining to various audits [Tick IT Plus (comprising of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001), ISO 14001 and the like]
