Job Scope:
· Leading a team to manage the day-to-day workplace services activities for the facility
· Be the on-site key point of contact for key stakeholders and/or clients.
· Able to identify and propose changes to improve operational and/or experience.
· Resource Planning of the outsourced facility management team to ensure smooth operations.
· Assist & run tenders for engagement of service providers for Workplace services including and not limited to janitorial services, landscape, pest control, pantry management services, handyman, system security, electrical etc.
· Oversight of facility management as a program including cleaning, pantry management services etc.
· Work with client to formulate a strategy for Workplace services.
· Conduct monthly management meetings and weekly operations meetings with client.
· Advice and lead HSE compliance throughout the office space.
· Space planning and optimization
· Manage ticketing system (SOS), and response within SLAs.
· Review employee satisfaction surveys and report action plans.
· Collaborate with respective departments on daily operations and events.
· Prepare and manage the workplace services budget and ensure that all supplier invoices are paid in a timely manner.
· Support events held in the workplace and space set-up when required
· Any ad-hoc requirements that may be requested by Manager
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
· Minimum diploma in Facilities Management and/ or Hospitality.
· Have experience in facility management or hospitality (management experience in 5 stars hotels is a plus) with 2 – 3 years of leadership experience.
