We are currently looking for a Community Equipment Technician to join the team within our Devon Community Equipment Service
Centre. This position plays a crucial role in helping to transform the lives of those in need.

As a healthcare equipment provider, Millbrook Healthcare work in partnership with the NHS to supply the necessary equipment and
aids to support people in their day to day life. Our community equipment ranges from simple walking frames and crutches to more
complex equipment such as beds, hoists and pressure care equipment. We also carry out minor adaptations such as the installation
of handrails and grab rails within the home which can make a significant impact in giving people the confidence to live more
independently.

As a Community Equipment Technician with us you will be responsible for the delivery, installation and collection of community
equipment within people’s homes and associated locations such as care homes, hospitals and schools across Devon. You may also be
involved in the servicing and repair of equipment.

Previous relevant experience is preferable however full training will be provided

* You must hold a full UK driving licence (minimum 2 years) with no more than 6 points
* You must be able to load and unload goods, some of which may be heavy
* Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential
* Due to the adaptations side of the role, basic DIY skills are advantageous
* Previous van driving experience would be beneficial
* This role will be part of Same Days and OOH rota involving cover at weekends

We are currently looking for a Telecare Technician to join the team within our Warwick Technology Enabled Care Service. This
position plays a crucial role in helping to transform the lives of those in need.

As a healthcare equipment provider, Livity Life, part of Millbrook Healthcare Group, work in partnership with the NHS to supply
the necessary equipment and aids to support people in their day-to-day life. Our TEC equipment ranges from lifelines & pendants
along with other sensors, to more complex TEC equipment. We also carry out pre-planned maintenance and repair of installed TEC
within the home and other supported living establishments. All of which can make a significant impact in giving people the
confidence to live more independently.

As a Telecare Technician with us you will be responsible for the delivery, installation and collection of TEC equipment within
people’s homes and associated locations such as care homes across Warwickshire. You will also be involved in the servicing and
repair of equipment. There will be a requirement to travel to either Bedford or Worcester on a weekly basis to collect equipment
and receive any necessary training as and when required.

* Previous relevant experience is preferable however full training will be provided
* You must hold a full UK driving licence (minimum 3 years) with no more than 6 points
* You must be able to load and unload goods some of which may be heavy
* Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential
* Previous PAT testing experiences an advantage, but training can be provided
* Previous van driving experience would be beneficial
* You must be comfortable working with vulnerable people across our counties

We are currently looking for a friendly Driver Technician to join the team within our Worcester Home Improvement Agency Service
based in Martley. You will carry out a range of installations of items and make necessary adaptations within our service user’s
homes.



Ideally, we are looking for an experienced general Multi-skilled Tradesperson who is good with people and can be flexible.



This role will involve travelling to various locations within Worcestershire where you will be responsible for carrying out
adaptations within the service user’s homes. Normal tasks may include but are not limited to:

* Installing various types of internal and external grab rails, galvanized handrails and banister rails and other specialist
equipment requiring fixing/installation to walls
* Carrying out a range of minor home repairs
* Building external small/medium concrete ramps and half steps
* Small slab and brickwork alterations to steps or pathways
* Liaise with clients to discuss and advise on how the works required are to be carried out at the time of visit and for the
position of rail heights to suit the user as requested
* Ensure all works are completed promptly and with the minimum disturbance for the clients
* Discuss with the coordinator details of any pre-work surveys that you have carried out for time and materials needed with
administration personnel to ensure that all appointments made on your behalf are manageable in terms of projected job durations
and skills required

What are we looking for?

* Experience in a relatable environment and position
* Confident in the use of hand tools and ability to complete the task
* Excellent communication skills and empathetic approach with our service users
* Good attention to detail with a level of speed and efficiency
* Must be able to work off your own initiative as well as part of a team
* General experience in carpentry or minor adaptation works will be of benefit
* Knowledge of building regulations and safe systems of work
