JOB SUMMARY
This position will develop new sales relationships and manage ongoing client needs for packaging film services in accordance with standardized processes and company policies. The candidate must be able to prioritize workload, meet changing deadlines, and effectively communicate verbally and electronically with co-workers and clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formulate innovative business model to promote packaging film to new customers in different industries.
- Approach customer for company profile introduction, understanding customers need and requirements for packaging film.
- Carry market research and study pertaining to the marketing trend and opportunities and support superior the latest business opportunities to strengthen the Company's competitive edge.
- Build key customer accounts, to retain existing customers and to acquire new customers and to achieve the sales forecast and target set by the Company.
- Prepare quotation, negotiate with assigned key customers and clearly define the customer requirements for seeks opportunity to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. Support team to handle customer complaints and resolve the case effectively.
- Support CRM team to acquire the competence salesmanship skills and knowledge, keep track the team to deliver the professional services to the customers and ensure they gain a good customer experience
- Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and seeks opportunity to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve the case effectively.
- Undertake the responsibilities to negotiate with key customers and clearly define the customer requirements prior close the deal.
- To verify the price, design, specifications and conditions compliance, and execute the sales contract based on win-win consideration.
- To obtain approval from the superior to finalize the contract with relevant customers
- Communicate and ensure CRM team translate sales contract into internal order fulfillment specification.

- You are a good team player, can handle challenge and have a good interpersonal skill.
- You have strong analytical and decision-making skills with good presentation skills and written communication skills.
- You have the ability to multitask, work quickly, and complete tasks on time.
- Applicants must be willing to travel.
- Able to speak English, Bahasa Malay, preferably if able to speak Mandarin too
- Fluent/good in verbal and writing communication/reporting
- Possess a positive work attitude, enthusiastic in personal and professional life, proactive, calmness and clear-mined in problem solving
- Possess adaptability and flexibility skills
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree
EXPERIENCE
- Experience in packaging film will be an advantage.
- Packaging film sales & marketing experience is compulsory.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
