Maintenance Handyperson required for full time maintenance and repair role in the Preston area

• £27,650 per annum
• Van, fuel card, workwear and tools are all provided for you
• Van can be taken home every day

All applicants must have the following:

• Good experience of planned and reactive maintenance
• Experience of joinery and carpentry repair and maintenance 9fixing doors, locks, handles etc)
• Experience of all round general maintenance and repair (basic plumbing, basic electrical etc)
• Full UK Driving licence - ESSENTIAL
• Preston area

Main Duties

• Repairing doors, door frames, hanging doors and fixing door handles
• Changing locks
• Tiling and patch plastering
• Basic plumbing repair
• Very basic electrical work (changing bulbs, wiring a plug etc)General Planned and reactive maintenance work
• Preston

£27,650 per annum - full time position - days Monday to Friday
Role comes with a van that can be taken home on a daily basis plus fuel card, work wear, tools, and holiday pay

• £14.75ph - wages paid weekly

Main Purpose of role:

Principally working in the Preston and Blackpool areas, performing planned and reactive maintenance duties including - basic plumbing, straightforward carpentry, fixing doors and windows, basic electrical (wiring a plug/changing a light bulb), fitting new locks and door handles and other straightforward maintenance and repair work.

Essential Candidate Requirements:

• A full UK driving licence -THIS IS ESSENTIAL
• Good Experience of planned maintenance and reactive repair work
• Experience in straightforward joinery and carpentry ESSENTIAL
• Willingness to work in a mobile role within the Preston and Blackpool area

£14.75 ph plus van, fuel card with all tools and equipment provided for you
