Gas Maintenance Person required for permanent gas, heating and general maintenance role working in the Leeds area.
NO QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED -WE ONLY REQUIRE TIME SERVED GAS AND HEATING MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE - THIS CAN BE DOMESTIC OR COMMERCIAL.
FYI - We would also like to hear from applicants who are recently gas qualified and looking for their first gas and heating maintenance role
- £18.88 per hour (PAYE) plus very good OT rates
- £285 per week standby payment (on call one week in 6)
- Enhanced holiday pay
- Van and fuel card is provided
- All equipment, tools, materials and work wear is provided
- Monday to Friday 08.00-4pm

Purpose of role:
Straightforward maintenance and repair of heating, boilers, overheard gas heaters, air handling units plus general building maintenance work covering very basic electrical, very basic plumbing and extremely simple joinery work.
All Applicants must have the following:
- Time served experience/knowledge of gas and heating maintenance (domestic OR commercial)
- Ability to perform general basic maintenance work - basic plumbing, basic electrical + simple joinery work
- A full UK driving licence
- Leeds
£18.88 per hour plus van, fuel card, enhanced holiday pay, £285 per week standby payment and very good OT rates.
