Job Title: Regional Maintenance Repair Technician
Reports to: Facilities Maintenance & Helpdesk Manager
Based: Field based in Surrey/Hampshire
Full time permanent, 35 hours per week.
Salary: £22,000-£24,000 based on expereince
Your Mission
Must be a driver as this role while require travel across the Surrey and Hampshire area to provide efficient and effective support to the centres including ensuring the security and general maintenance appearance of the building and surrounding areas are maintained in accordance with the required standard.

Responsibilities:
· Carry out maintenance on buildings across the Busy Bees portfolio which includes the following: general maintenance, minor plumbing and carpentry duties, changing of light bulbs, furniture repairs, gutter cleans, and any other reasonable duties requested by management and the facilities helpdesk.
· Assist other Regional Maintenance Technicians from time to time.
· Provide general upkeep and maintenance to outdoor areas such as walkways and exterior buildings and jet washing when required.
· Identify and advise on repairs and maintenance required.
· Undertake porterage tasks as required including setting up and clearing away furniture.
· Report emergencies in case of faults with gas, electric and water supply to Management and the Facilities Helpdesk, to report minor faults to the Centre Manager.
· Carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job.
· Work in accordance with health and safety practices and policies.
· Understand and comply with Busy Bees policies and procedures.
· Responsible for the maintenance and care of own company vehicle.
· To be responsible for monthly budget and receipt processing.
· Follow a pre-planned maintenance schedule with the ability to work reactively when required
Exprience
You must have knowledge of maintenance procedures, and the knowledge of structure or grounds to be maintained. To have a great understanding of how things work and the ability to troubleshoot.
Other Considerations: The post holder will be expected to observe safe working practices in carrying out the required duties and ensure that instructions specified by management are adhered to.
