Responsibilities

Requirements
Proven experience as a maintenance operative or similar role.
Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety standards.
Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment proficiently.
Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £12.50
