Our client is a large gaming provider with more than 50,000 machines located in betting shops, pubs, gaming halls and other route operations. The products provide a winning combination of innovative technology, hardware, content and services.

The ideal candidate:

• A great knowledge of electrical components
• Finding faults within circuit boards
• Electrical testing

Responsibilities include:

• Configure machine to customer specification.
• To ensure machine complies with latest technical bulletins and modifications.
• Check all test routines and metering, repairing if required.
• To repair, test or refurbish various electrical components.
• Must understand PC's and ip addresses.

Shifts: 7:30 - 4:30 Monday - Friday

Pay: £13.12 - £15.00 per hour

A Stockport based manufacturing and installation company are hiring for Workshop Operative to join them on their successful journey. This ever-growing company have a skilled team who manufacture a range of equipment on-site and install it across the UK.
The company have a large workshop based in Stockport, where you will learn to assemble the equipment, working within the workshop team along with then taking the product to site to install.
Job Details
* £11.80 per hour (£12.80 when fitting on site)
* Working away rates - all expenses paid
* Regular overtime & bonus scheme
* Standard hours: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Mon-Thu 7:00 am - 12:00 pm Fri
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Requirements:
* Working with a skilled team in the workshop, manufacturing a range of specialist equipment
* Carrying out installations at different sites across the UK (after probation is complete)
* Visiting sites to carry out routine maintenance
* Logging jobs and keeping record of the manufacturing process
* Assisting with making the products, then ensuring installed to the correct requirement for customer
What do you need?
* Full UK driving licence (Preferable)
* CSCS card would be an advantage but not essential
* Flexibility to work away from home
* A good level of education (GCSE in Maths & English)
* Previous experience in a workshop environment
* Previous experience using general tools, e.g. drills
* To be physically fit as manual labour will be involved.
* A safety site passport advantageous

Our client is a well known business who provide products to the construction industry.


The roles are temporary to permanent after a successful 12 weeks.

The Role:

• Working on the production lines feeding products through the machines
• Using hand and power tools to assemble products
• Following drawings and diagrams to assembly products
• Quality checking of products
• Wrapping and preparing goods for dispatch.

Hours of work:

Week one: 06:00-14:00 Monday to Friday

Rotating weekly***

Week two: 14:00-00:15 Monday to Wednesday

14:00-23:45 Thursday & Friday off

Pay rate:

£12.40 per hour for early shift

£13.51 per hour for late shift

Experience of using hand / power tools and general assembly is required for this role***
