Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated 360 Operator to join our team in Rugby. The Technical Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, timely and efficient running of weekend shifts activities and processes and requirements across the area. You will ensure that the team remains highly motivated and that clients receive the best possible service.

* Supervise and plan the weekend cleaning activities in conjunction with the customer, including establishing overtime requirements, in order to provide the timely delivery of services that meet and exceed requirements

• Good attitude to work

The Job People are recruiting for Brake Press Operators based in Leamington Spa to start ASAP within the Manufacturing and Production industry.

We are ideally looking for experienced candidates, with EPB - Electronic Press Brake experience is desirable.

The role is full time - long term and can lead to a permanent contract after a qualifying period.

Candidates must be flexible and available to work overtime, weekends or even some shift work to suit the business needs.

Details of a Brake Press Operator:

• Monday to Thursday 07.00 - 16.00
• Friday 07.00 - 12.00
• 39 hours per week basic
• Pay from £14.02 per hour
• Overtime paid at x 1.5 after 39 hours
• Ongoing work
• Factory shutdowns throughout the year
• Excellent training programme

As a Brake Press Operator in Leamington Spa, you would be required but not limited to:

• Operate Brake Press machines
• Have experience / knowledge in Electronic Press Brake machinery
• Loading and unloading parts
• Brake press operator
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy
• Read and interpret engineering drawings
• Maintain a safe working environment
• Previous Production / Press experience desired
• Be able to work unsupervised where required
• Adhering to health and safety rules on site
• Progressing to learn several machines within the factory

Laser Operator
Pay Rate : Up to £16.32 per hour + £116.25 shifts allowance per week once on shifts
Rotating Shifts : Two weeks on day shifts and then rotating mornings and afternoons, Early Shift: Monday-Thursday 06:00am-14:30pm and Friday 06:00am -12:00pm and Late Shift: Monday-Thursday 14:30-23:00 and Friday 12:00-18:00
