Overall Job Purpose

Overall Job Purpose:

Responsible for all crane operations/winch operations, carrying out routine checks, assist in maintenance and lubrication, safely carry out Load/backload and movement of cargo, Helicopter operations and Housekeeping, aiming to ensure that all activities are conducted safely, efficiently and economically.

Core Responsibilities:

Operate all cranes and winches on-board safely by following Modec procedures, Manufacturer’s

instructions/recommendations and being fully conversant with the equipment, it´s alarms, safety features and emergency operation, complying with weather limitations for crane operations.

Carry our pre operation checks of crane(s), reporting any defects. Checks to be carried out in accordance with manufacturers requirements, and checklists. 4) Organize and coordinate all materials with quality and effectively. Manage the quality of the material at the entrance and exit of the Warehouse and organize them in the store;

5) Keep Record of Manifests of the total cargo hoisted on board, or dropped in the unit. Strictly manage the minimum and maximum levels of all spare parts and materials to maintain effective control and high standards of quality, prepare IHRs as required;

6) Strictly maintain the AMOS system to reflect accurately the levels of stock and descriptions follow up of all Purchase Orders that have been issued and not delivered within the specified time frames;

7) Examine the manifests of spare parts coming on board and update the records of MROB and AMOS to reflect exactly what was received. Compare all material received with the descriptions and specifications of the P / O before accepting them;

Overall Job Purpose:

Responsible for the mechanical maintenance of all equipment and systems of the FPSO under the direction of the Mechanical Supervisor, ensuring that maintenance activities are performed correctly, timely and in an efficient manner.

Job Description:
