• You will act as the business agent for MARMC with other activities involved in the assigned availability/contracts.
• You will maintain liaison with customers, ship’s force, and contractors on all matters on all assigned availabilities from advance planning through post completion.

• You will conduct the arrival conference, weekly progress conferences, and represent MARMC at all conferences pertaining to the assigned availability and contracts.

Abbey View is one of 17 Paragon sites across the UK. The site specialises in production of outbound and inbound document services. The site contains printing, mailing and warehousing capability for the purposes of outbound mail and postal and electronic receipt, capture, validation, and document storage for the purposes of inbound mail. In addition, Production Services, Finance, and IT functions
reside on the site. Both Inbound and Outbound operations provide services for multiple customers.

JOB TITLE: Auto Mail Operator
REPORTS TO Senior Operator
JOB LOCATION Wymondham, Abbey View Site
SALARY: £27,535.51 including 15% shift allowance
HOURS: Week 1 – Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, contracted
hours, working 7.00am to 7.00pm, working 11 hours per shift.
Week 2 – Monday and Tuesday, working 7.00am to 7.00pm, working 11
hours per shift.
Total = 80.5 = Average = 40.25 per week

OVERVIEW &PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Working as part of a team in a Production environment, you will
undertake the operating of various equipment. This could include various
Bluecrest auto fulfilment machines and Bluecrest sortation machines. This
fulfilment will be undertaken in accordance to established job
specifications and procedures. The job is a physical job, and you will be
required to be on your feet all shifts.You may also be required to obtain and return stock from various locations a cross the production floor as well as supporting other Operators when required. You will need to adhere to quality and output targets and must also show an all-round willingness to complete other tasks as requested.
Basic PC skills will also be required for various MI tasks such as Recording
job run details, booking jobs off to agreed dispatch methods and stock requests.

• Operates a single or twin-screw diesel vessel up to 68 feet in length
• Supervises, instructs, and directs deckhands and other boat crew in their operations, safety and activities.
• Directs crew members during special operations such as the rigging and deploying of sampling equipment, side scan sonar equipment, deploying buoys for marking obstructions and any anchoring operations that are required.
• Maneuvers vessel in path of drifting objects, collecting material and floating debris with a hydraulic crane with a two-ton capacity.
• Patrols waterways within the District's jurisdiction on alert for violations of Section 13 of the River and Harbor Act (33 USC 407), illegally placed fishing structures and unpermitted structures.

Your new company
We have a new opportunity for an experienced production planner for a manufacturing business based in Kings Lynn.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the accurate and timely creation of production supply instructions. Creating and maintaining capacity plans, material supply orders and manufacturing instructions. Supporting the production manager with customer queries, assisting with supply and demand orders, schedules and changes. You will ensure the inventory is available on time for production and production demand is monitored.
Working closely with customer services you will communicate any delays in supplying orders, keeping production teams updated with any scheduling changes. You will look for ways to improve operational efficiencies by having a good understanding of lean manufacturing principles.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in production planning using ERP (NAV ERP) systems and Excel, strong communication skills, knowledge of capacity scheduling and planning. Good customer service experience, strong organisational skills.
