Duties include but are not limited to:
- Performs normal, repetitive functions of operations, observations, inspections, tests, repairs, and preventive maintenance on the Air Conditioning Plant and Boiler Plant.
- Observes, inspects, performs necessary test, measures key temperatures, pressures, humidity, and resets control points as conditions require.
- Controls and operates, through the Control Center, functional components of mechanical exhaust systems, auxiliary air conditioning systems, heated and chilled water circulating systems.
- Monitors and controls, through the Utility Plant Control Room, generator indicator panel, alarm enunciator panel exhaust systems, supply air, room temperatures, and HVAC conditions.
- Makes chemical test of water systems for the Boiler Plant and Air Conditioning Plant.
- Reports by telephone to responsible authority any situation such as fire or system and/or equipment malfunction that may affect care and treatment of patients.
Work Schedule: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday
