Carbon60 are proud to be partnering with Lufthansa Technik Landing Gear Services to recruit for a Production Manager. Lufthansa Technik are a global leading provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for the civil aviation industry.
This Production Manager position is on a permanent basis and has become available due to continued growth and expansion. In this role, the successful candidate will lead and inspire a team of up to 100 colleagues to provide a safe, high quality, efficient and cost-effective production services for Lufthansa Technik Landing Gear Services (LTLGS) and its customers. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and corporate requirements and procedures. Engage in the LTLGS strategy and finance plan development. Deliver robust plans to achieve business and operational performance targets.
Role Responsibilities will include:

Skills and Experience required:

- Working knowledge of Health & safety Regulations.
- PC literate; ability to input and manipulate data using multiple platforms (e.g. SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Degree relatable to engineering or HND/HNC in an aircraft maintenance or engineering discipline.
- Right to work without restrictions in the UK.

Must be available to work between 7am and 7pm, but 8 hour working day within those times. Flexible working hours to support project delivery or communication with oversea clients.
Some overseas travel is considered necessary to develop business relationships.
