General duties - provides technical support to manufacturing with the overall goal of improving existing manufacturing processes and/or developing new processes to achieve quality, cost and cycle-time targets; acts as a senior toolmaker to personally undertake new, more complex or urgent manufacturing assignments,
Process/Machining - assist and prepare process flow or PCP, Work Instructions and tooling's documentation for production and able to improve the current processes. Understand Special process, and other process control procedures integrated as part of the inspection system,
Project Development - work with team and provide the necessary "solution" to production in related to process, equipment, quality, cost, cycle time, safety and others,
Products Startup or Transfer - assists/acts as coordinator or lead to assigned new products development to understand customers' requirement, plan and buy off process, cPK data analysis, review and plan FMEA when necessary. Meet customer requirement in proper manner compliance to ISO standard requirement. Able to prepare First Article Inspection report as per customer expectation.
Training and Documentation - Able to train production personnel on new or improve processes and maintain good documentation record,
