Job Description:
* Process orders, plan and monitoring the entire production & delivery process
* Develop and monitor production schedule to ensure deadlines are met.
* Identify and address any issues that may arise during production with relevant departments.
* Keep customers up-to-date on the progress of their orders.
* Communicate with customers on enquires as and when required.
* Planning and deployment of job to driver and ensure the deliveries are completed as per schedule
* Able to attend and respond to delivery matters after working hours
* Support logistics team for adhoc projects
* Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing / Logistics / Supply Chain or its equivalent
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing industry
* Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
* Good communication skills
* Good knowledge of process operation sequences.
* Able to work independently, mature and team player
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills.
