Your Responsibilities:
Materials Expertise:
- Source and assess cutting-edge materials that redefine performance possibilities.
- Lead testing procedures, optimizing them for precision and efficiency.
- Translate test insights into actionable design refinements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, sharing your findings and insights.
- Scout new suppliers and materials to elevate our product range.
Layup Craftsmanship:
- Collaborate with manufacturing technicians to prototype new materials and layups.
- Adapt and customize existing layup configurations for elite athletes' specific needs.
Manufacturing Support:
- Spearhead process enhancements for seamless production.
- Contribute to tooling design, enabling flawless manufacturing execution.
- Tackle troubleshooting challenges with a methodical approach.
- Explore alternative materials to innovate our offerings.
Your Qualifications:
- Hold an MS or BS in Mechanical Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Possess a proven track record with over 5 years in composites manufacturing and design.
- Proficiency in 3D and 2D CAD software like Pro E or Solidworks is a must.

California Only Pay Range: $47,100.00 - $89,500.00 Annual (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)
