Responsibilities:

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle.
• Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools.
• Test operation of machines periodically.
• Fix issues that might occur during the shift.
• Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws.
• Keep records of approved and defective units or final products.
• Maintain activity logs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a machine operator.
• Familiarity of production procedures.
• Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear).
• Able to read blueprints, schematics and manuals.
• Good analytical skills.
• Sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong physical stamina and strength.
• Minimum SPM/O level or equivalent; technical degree is a plus.

Work Hours:

- Monday - Friday (Morning Shift: 8AM - 5PM / Afternoon Shift: 1PM - 10PM)

Job Objectives

The specialized First Recovery Support IT Production Support Engineer is responsible to support application wellness in production systems, Managing monitoring of system exception emails, help desk incident assignments and distribution within teams. Closely follow-up and monitor issue from investigation, pass relevant details to L2/L3 team. Make sure system availability as per SLA across countries for multiple applications / interfaces. Perform scheduled health check tasks across applications and raise alerts in case required.

Core Key Responsibilities

· Handle incidents and service requests raised via helpdesk and call center.

· Receive and prioritize emails based on urgency; reallocate within support teams and help in recovery actions to meet the TRO.

· Monitor the incoming demand through ISM tool and ensure right assignments on time.

· Perform scheduled tasks within Service Level Agreements (SLA) referring to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Manage service requests recording for monthly management reporting.

· Follow SOP to identify potential issues and escalate to the shift lead for critical incidents or eMails.

· Ensure application incident & task documentation is properly updated for each production release.

· Enthusiastic, hardworking, pro-active, and goal-oriented, with excellent communication and presentation skills, demonstrated professionalism and attention to detail.

Job Scope :

• Lead and manage a team in testing low-voltage switchboards and power distribution boards.
• Ensure all testing checklists are accurately completed and signed off.
• Create and deliver training on safety, testing, and troubleshooting for new employees or products.
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Factory Witness Tests (FWT) with clients, following the Method of Statement (MOS).
• Manage the calibration, defect reporting, and maintenance of tools and equipment in the Testing Department.
• Provide input to the Quality and Project Management Teams as needed.
