Of extreme importance in the role is the ability to remain calm when dealing with various types of Trust wide emergency calls. Answering queries and directing members of the public and staff. Understanding and assisting confused and emotional visitors to the trust in a sympathetic and calm manner. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle stressful situations.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in using security software.
Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical fitness and the ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
