Bertanggung jawab untuk mengoperasikan pabrik atas rencana produksi sehubungan dengan kegiatan proses CTA dengan pengawasan Group Leader CTA-PTA untuk memastikan tercapainya target produksi dengan mutu yang sesuai standar dan memenuhi Sistem Manajemen Mutu dan Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan, sesuai dengan instruksi atasan dan Standar Operasi Manual.

• Operate utility boilers, generators, and compressors efficiently and safely.
• Ensure an adequate supply of steam pressure to meet operational requirements.
• Monitor and report the expiration of licenses and calibrations for equipment and personnel.
• Record and validate operating parameters to ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare and periodically check fuel, consumables, spare parts, and service equipment.

• Follow up on all issues related to personnel and administration concerning subordinates. Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts, and collaborate with HR when necessary.
• Ensure the smooth progress of process activities (production realization) in the glycerin refinery plant, blow molding plant, and packaging plant, and ensure their outcomes align with the set targets.
• Implement the Work Plan for achieving quality objectives.
• Serve as a liaison between Top Management and subordinates in conveying orders/directions, and vice versa, relay subordinates’ aspirations upward.
• Generate shift reports detailing production metrics, issues, and resolutions. Assure the accuracy, precision, authenticity, and documentation of all production records.
• Provide guidance to all subordinates. Lead, motivate, and mentor production operators to optimize performance.
• Conduct daily team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and relevant information.
• Enforce and promote a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety briefings and inspections, identifying and addressing potential hazards.

• Conduct operational activities at the WWTP, managing waste and ensuring compliance with SOPs and SHE team directions.

• Sort and separate rejected jerrycans from accepted ones, placing them in designated containment areas to avoid mix-ups.
• Load accepted jerrycans into plastic wraps for protection before storage.
• Stack the wrapped jerrycans onto pallets, ensuring they are secure and ready to be moved to the storage area.
• Accurately document the number of rejected and accepted jerrycans, maintaining clear records for production tracking and quality control purposes.
• Communicate effectively with the machine operator regarding any damage or defects found in the jerrycans, facilitating timely adjustments or repairs to the blow molding process.

• Manage the receipt of raw materials from the biodiesel plant and ensure they are bulked into designated tanks safely and correctly.
• Transfer raw materials from storage tanks to the Refined Glycerin (RG) plant and packaging plant as needed.
• Receive finished products from the RG plant and ensure they are stored correctly.
• Perform product transfers to the bulking facility and conduct inter-tank transfer activities as per instructions.
