Job Requirements:

• Tertiary education
• Willing to be based in Vietnam. Prior experiences based in China or overseas will be preferred
• At least 10+ years of experience in manufacturing and has a deep understanding of factory production and manufacturing management processes, management methods and models
• Familiar with products in the fields of furniture/kitchen cabinet (sofas / wood / textiles) will be an advantage
• Familiar with the requirements of the quality management system

Job Description

The Product Manager - Optical Fibre will need to be a superb communicator to work with and influence with stakeholders across different seniorities, both internally and externally. You will need to be experienced in working with fibre optics. You will also need to have good Product Management skills and you will be responsible for the end-to-end product cycle, ensuring a quality product.You will be given a lot of autonomy and empowerment in the role.
