MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List in order of importance)
- Supervisor, management, and training of employees of the WE/IBT department.
- Control of smooth processes within the department
- Process optimization
- Compliance with all legal requirements in the incoming goods area
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies
- Reporting to logistics management
- Use of existing software in the company
- Controlling and monitoring the complaints process in his area (Babtec)
- Communication with freight forwarders / customers / suppliers
- Partial planning and control of the inventory monitoring of the external warehouses in connection with the shipping department
- Strategic contact in case of discrepancies in day-to-day business
- Project related tasks.
- Responsible for the annual inventory in goods receipt, material supply, production logistics
- Communication partner for all other departments
- Personnel management tasks of the entire department
- Creating, adapting, agreeing, and introducing SOP's
- Carrying out and complying with inventory requirements
QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)
- Master’s degree in logistics, business administration, WVL, or similar with relevant experience/training in logistics
- Management experience
- Analysis and problem-solving skills.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES (Those necessary to perform the job competently)
- Personal initiative and very good communication skills
- Experienced handling of MS Office and ERP systems (Wincarat / SAP / ...)
- Pronounced knowledge of logistics
- Versatility and resilience and flexibility
- Leadership- team skills
