Enterprise Mobility is currently looking for candidates to join our Product Management internship program at Enterprise Mobility's European Head Office in Egham, Surrey. Our internship program allows students the opportunity to obtain valuable, applicable work experience in a fast-paced, and challenging environment. This role has a European focus and will mainly work with our corporately owned entities across the UK, Ireland, Germany, France, and Spain as well as liaise with our wider global Product Management team and other teams based in the United States.
You will be exposed to all aspects of the product management process from new idea validation and business case creation to product launch and ongoing performance monitoring.
Responsibilities
• Analyzing customer behaviors and how they interact with our products
• Compiling quantitative research to identify opportunities to improve product performance
• Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research with customers
• Conducting competitive market research – understand where the gaps are, risks, and potential opportunities
• Establishing product vision and execution strategies
• Preparing launch kits for global new product launches
• Working with our Product Managers and Senior Product Managers to gain a holistic understanding of product management at a top multi-national brand
• Interacting with, and presenting to, senior executives
Qualifications
• Must be a current university student looking to undertake an industrial placement year; area of study should be Business Administration, Marketing, Management Information Systems, or similar
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• A top-notch communicator. You have outstanding communication skills – both verbal and written – that enable you to speak with anyone and everyone who crosses your path.
• Organized and detail oriented. You have time management down to a science, great follow through on tasks, ability to prioirtise tasks and superior organizational skills to meet timelines.
• Analytical. You pursue insights that provide thoughtful answers to complex problems.
• Inquisitive. Innovative and resourceful, you are constantly looking for ways to improve upon things.
• Collaboration. Our collaborative environment fosters a supportive team dynamic based on continual feedback.
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined. You will need to work as part of a team but also be able to complete tasks on your own.

We accept applications for our Placement Programme from undergraduate university students that are due to take undertake a placement year starting summer 2025, regardless of university attended and subjects being studied. Our interviews based on how you perform against the competencies that are required for your role.
