1. Plan and develop production schedules for resources and timely completion of projects.

2. Managing allocation of resources, materials, equipment and labour.

3. Overseeing the work of production staff, providing guidance, support and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standard.

4. Ensure products meet required quality control standards before completion.

5. Coordination with other departments – design, engineering and supply chain and resolve issues that may arise.

6. Inventory management of monitoring stock of raw materials without interruption due to material shortage.

7. Cost management, anaylse production cost to enhance productivity and reduce expenses and wastage.

8. Training, health and safety compliance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To ensure the Production Assembly Line produce within allocated Man-hours & Resources
• To ensure the Production section will Assembled vehicles according to the Target Agreement without any failure and Assembly Defect.
• To ensure the assembly is having the require Quality Standard according to the Specification given by Principal and Present Value in the Program.
• To Prepare Production Forecast & Schedule
• Take a continuous improvement approach to manufacturing processes to ensure output improves and product quality meets specifications.
• To ensure the CKD & CBU Claims Report are up-to-date and to follow up with Principal for their action at the same time to monitor the Claim Parts delivery
• To Submit & Discuss Monthly Production Report to HOD (Production Activity)
• To achieve the Quality Target set for Assembly Product. Maintain High Standard of Product Quality & Zero Defect from all area. With systematic Approach & Measured the Effectiveness & Preventive Actions are taken
• Enforce and ensure adherence of Safety Guideline and Regulations for Staffs
• Monitor and Manage Staff Discipline, Welfare and Grooming
• To verify the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Production Report
• To proper Manage & Control of Section Operating Cost
• To monitor Daily Attendance of Staff
• Implement a program of Preventive/Predictive maintenance w/calibration for all Production & Warehouse Equipment’s and Machines
• Ensure good, clean and safe working environment in the factory by implementing the basic requirements outlined in the respective municipal regulations and government legislation. A 5S environment and approach
• To ensure the Daily Production Output to be achieved according Target Plan

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional in any field or equivalent.
• Fluent to write and talk in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin as MUST
• More than 5 years working experiences in manufacturing and management line.
• Experience in Automotive Industry’s background (3-5 Years) is a MUST
• Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven
• Exhibit strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Good attitude and responsible character
• Able to communicate in integration with foreigners
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional team members

− Ensure that all palm products are manufactured within company quality standard.

− Ensure that all loses are controlled within company specifications.

− Ensure that the mill runs at the highest possible processing efficiency.

− Ensure that best manufacturing practices are followed at all times.

− Compile all daily, weekly and monthly reports.

− Manage the occupational health and safety program.

− Ensure that all employees comply with MSPO requirements including documentation

and record-keeping.

− Ensure that all machinery is maintained and adjusted by using results obtained from

the laboratory and that quality is maintained within company set specifications.

− Compile all production data on daily basis.

− Liaise with the Mill Engineer to ensure that the best possible processing efficiency is

achieved.

− Compile and publish all daily, weekly and monthly reports in an accurate and timely

manner and for the Manager’s approval.

− Update the occupational health and safety plan on weekly basis.

− Ensure that occupational health and safety meetings are conducted on a monthly

basis.

− Ensure that all new staff, visitors and contractors are inducted as per company

regulations before entering the mill.

− Ensure that all subordinates are familiar and comply with company safety regulations.

− To ensure that raw water usage and effluent discharge are kept within DOE permitted

limits.

− Complete all other duties in a timely manner based on the priorities of the day and as

directed by the management.

− Must be available to work shift work during high crop season and as required by the

management.
