This is an ongoing temporary role with the possibility of becoming permanent. Experience working on a production line is desirable and an immediate start is available for the right candidate.

Duties include:

• Working on a Production line.
• Getting products ready for delivery
• Loading heavy materials into the machines
• Moving pallets around the factory.

The role is Monday to Friday and there are 2 shift patterns, and these will rotate weekly.

• AM- 7am-3pm
• PM -3pm-11pm

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking the Welding, Fabrication and Assembly process for steel components
• Ensuring quality, consistency and integrity of the weld and fabrication process
• Able to self-inspect and complete work to the Quality Standards the Business Adheres to.
• Being Pro-active with your role, highlighting and recording any possible issues / problems / variances during the weld and fabrication process, as well as contributing any ideas and suggestions to the company
• To assist with general housekeeping and general production operations as required.

The Production Planning Lead will be responsible for overseeing the planning and coordination of production schedules, materials supply schedules, and maintenance schedules to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of products to customers. Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and review customer orders to initiate production planning process

- Construct rolling weekly production schedule using customer order data, product stock information, and customer forecasts

- Develop rolling weekly materials supply schedule using customer order data, raw material and WIP stock information, and customer forecasts

- Collaborate with Warehouse Manager to align production schedule with stock availability

- Identify opportunities for optimisation of production schedules and capacity planning

The ideal candidate will have experience working with CNC machines, using hand tools such as micrometres and vernier calipers, and operating various machinery such as milling and cutting equipment. The candidate should also be proficient in reading and understanding engineering drawings and have experience conducting quality checks on components and products.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as cutting, milling, and shaping materials

We are seeking an experienced Counterbalance Fork Lift Truck driver to join our clients busy site in Medway.

You will be working outside, loading and unloading lorries, moving timber around the yard, discharging timber from the ships and picking up cargo from the terminals.

There are between 60 - 100 deliveries per day and it is very physical work.

Candidates need to be available to work Monday to Friday but also weekends as well. You will be required to work on an on call basis, however, you are guaranteed to have one weekend off per month.

You will be required to work a 40 hour week, which runs between two shifts of 7am to 4pm and 9am to 6pm. Candidates interested in applying will need to be able to committ to the weekend working.

The salary starts at £30,000 per annum and will increase once the probation period has been completed.
