Job Description
Position Overview:
This role is responsible for providing analysis and support in all elements of SAP manufacturing data and standards. This position will support Plant Operations interpreting resolving issues and provide analysis ensuring data quantity standards are achieved.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Analyze SAP manufacturing data, including BOMs, Rate Routings, Production Version and Material Master. Determine discrepancies and assist Plant Personnel in developing and maintaining accurate data.
- Facilitate the creation of manufacturing standards. Provide critical information to Operations, Quality and Engineering groups to ensure the process flows smoothly and efficiently.
- Analyze manufacturing efficiency data, collaborating with Plant Personnel to improve data accuracy.
- Load and maintain data, such as manufacturing standards and product hierarchies, in SAP tables, ensuring precision and harmonization of the data.
- Perform monthly, quarterly and annual extracts from SAP. Analysis the data suggesting updates and creating an audit trail when necessary.
- Support manufacturing data projects. Collaborate with IT, Operations and other groups to ensure the necessary data is available and
- Development and maintenance of Work Instructions and Process Documentation.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree In Operations, Supply Chain or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment working with data.
- Strong in the use of ERP systems, data warehouse, data base systems.
- Excellent Excel capabilities.
- Strong emphasis on quality of work.
- Highly Organized and can effectively multi-task.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Maintains a positive approach to problem solving.
- Effective team planner who interacts well with others.
- Manufacturing Standards Specialist could be a next step for this highly energetic professional.
